13th Prague Workshop on Catheter Ablation

Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine, Prague, in association with Homolka Hospital, Prague, organize 13th Prague Workshop on Catheter Ablation with Live Demonstrations. The workshop is going to take place in March, 21-23 under the auspices of the Czech Society of Cardiology and its Working Group on Arrhythmias and Cardiac Pacing.

The mission is to promote the method of catheter ablation in the Central and Eastern Europe. This year, the focus of the workshop is on complex catheter ablations. There will be review lectures on different aspects of catheter ablation. Live cases will be accompanied by relevant review lectures in order to demonstrate strategy of catheter ablation of post-ablation left atrial flutter, various techniques of ablation of paroxysmal and chronic atrial fibrillation and/or ventricular tachycardia. Cooperation with the Homolka Hospital in Prague will allow to perform 4 procedures simultaneously on the second day of the meeting and, thus, more intensive learning As in previous years, interesting case reports or other short presentations will be discussed in a special session.

As usually, the scientific programme will be followed by a reception that will take place in the historical centre of Prague.
