Public transport: If you want to take the Metro (underground) from the airport to the IKEM, start at platform 3 located outside Arrivals at the airport. Take bus № 119 to the end of the line - Dejvice station. Transfer to the Metro line A, and continue to the Muzeum Metro station (5 stops). Change for line C, direction Haje station, and continue to Kacerov Metro station. Exit the Metro and take bus № 114 or 272 to the IKEM stop (announced as Institut klinicke a experimentalni mediciny).

By car: the fastest travel from the city centre - take the motorway D1 (E50), direction Brno, exit to Jizni spojka (direction Plzen), and after no more than 1 km exit towards Jesenice. It will bring you to Videnska street where you should continue towards Jesenice until you reach the traffic lights in front of IKEM building and Emmy Residence building.
